Coordinated the internal and external communication strategy supporting the merger, co-developing a unifying integration narrative aligned across leadership, employees and customers. Produced and directed a significant share of the visual content (photography, video interviews, executive portraits and editorial assets), prepared Executive Committee messaging, and deployed key engagement formats (keynotes, videos, employee touchpoints), culminating in the successful launch of the new unified Eurostar brand .

Through photography and video, this behind-the-scenes content revealed the craft, artistic direction and human energy that brought the new European brand identity to life.
